Honda's original CB450 KO 'Black Bomber', a very sporting ohc twin from a maker, hitherto, of lightweights, came as a revelation in 1965. After initial enthusiasm, its under-geared, four-speed transmission hampered its UK sales and Honda revealed its replacement, the CB 500T in 1975. While the distinctive appearance of the 'Bomber' had moved on, a strong and reliable ohc '500' engine remained with its innovative torsion-bar valve system and a necessary front disc brake was added. KDN 515N is a seemingly un-modified example in original finish, ready to be revived as one of the increasingly popular classic Japanese road bikes of the 'seventies. Offered with V5C.
