1958 New York Yankees World Championship 14K Gold Ring (Salesman Sample) In the 1957 World Series, the Yankees outscored the Braves 25-23, but were shut down by Series MVP Lew Burdette, who beat the Yanks three times, the third in Game 7 at Yankee Stadium. In 1958 the Yankees somehow turned the tables, coming back from a 3-1 deficit, capturing the World Series by the same 4 game to 3 margin by beating Burdette 6-2 in Game 7 at Milwaukee County Stadium. This vintage sample ring has baseball diamond shaped diamond (.75 carats) set in stones surrounded by "New York Yankees World Champions" on top. Both sides carry a "1958" above the Yankee logo. Sample rings are exactly the same as player rings made of 14kt gold with Balfour stamping. Ring is size 10 1/4. Condition: Excellent overall condition with minor wear from use.
