Another step in the Panhead's evolution was its mid-1950s transition from a traditional foot clutch/hand shift setup to the hand-clutch and foot-shift arrangement that we all know today, as seen here on the Pierce collection's 1957 model, which now went by the Hydra-Glide model name in honor of its hydraulically damped telescopic forks. An older restoration nicely turned out in two-tone paint with tasteful applications of extra chrome, the bike appears to be a simple recommissioning away from road-worthiness.
