1885-88 Small Dragon Issues Covers Internal 3 candareen plus 6 candareen Registered Peking: 1894 (12 July) large envelope from the Belgian Legation registered to Shanghai bearing 1ca. green pair and 5ca. ochre pair cancelled by Peking seal in blue and showing a fine strike of the type II "registered" handstamp in blue, a further strike is on the reverse along with Customs Peking and Customs Shanghai (21.7) c.d.s. plus the red Legation wafer seal. The envelope has been crossed in red crayon and with two vertical folding creases; some light age spotting. A good double weight cover. F.Z.
