1840-1900, the valuable collection of Q.V. issues in large green album, including Treasury Competition Dickinson's 1d. buff and 2d. green letter sheets, Mulready range, 1840 1d., two apparently unused, used (32), 2d. singles (6), pair and strip of four, also a single on a piece used together with 1841 1d., also singles showing examples of numeral and circular dated Town cancellations, fine range of 1841 1d. values with many better cancellations, 2d. range, later Line-Engraved with unofficial trial separations (2), 1d. and 2d. stars, 1870 ½d. with a number mint or unused, used with plate 9 (2), Embossed 1847-54 1/- singles (11) and strip of three, 10d. (4), 6d. (9, one being fresh unused with almost full original greenish gum), Surface-Printed with a superb range including mint with original gum, used with 1867-80 2/- brown, 1867-83 watermark Cross 10/- with c.d.s., watermark Anchor £5, 1884 £1 brown-lilac, 1887-92 'Jubilee' ½d. "O" control pair with pre-printing paper fold leaving one stamp almost three quarters blank, the rest of the impression on the gummed side of the selvedge, ½d. with blue doule-lined "PEARS'/SOAP" underprint, also ½d. and 1d. lilac with solid red "USE/PEARS/SOAP" underprints (both used), other values mint to 1/- green block of four, used to £1 (2), 1900 1/- mint blocks of four (2), Officials, Postal Fiscals, Used Abroad, etc.; mostly good to fine.
